Your registration for courses is completed when the payment (full amount) is received.

Cancelling your appointment for professional coaching should be done 24+ hours before the scheduled appointment. In that case you’ll get 100% of your payment back.

Cancelling a workshop or training can only be done by email. Within four weeks of the starting date cancellation is no longer possible. It is allowed to find and propose a replacement for your reserved seat, in order to get your fee back.

The ZOOM sessions will be recorded and can be seen till 4 months after the starting date. These recordings are intellectual property of AJ Klerk. In addition, the recordings may contain privacy related content. It is forbidden to share the recording with a third party.

The materials have a copyright by AJ Klerk. None of the materials is allowed to be made public or shared with third parties.
